Returns can be made at our store in Los Angeles or online. Click here to find our store.
For online returns, click below to start a return or exchange. We accept returns and exchanges for full price items that arrive within 30 days of purchase.
Items should be returned new, unused and with all HIRO CLARK and garment tags still attached.
SEASONAL SALE: Items purchased during sale periods (11/27 to 12/2) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- In store returns are free. Our Los Angeles store is located here.
- Returns processed online are $7.
- After a return is approved by Hiro Clark, we will provide you with a prepaid label.
- Please include the original packing slip with your return.
- Attach the UPS label on the outside of the container, write RETURN # [your order number] and seal your package for the driver.
- After a return is approved by Hiro Clark, the receiver will be responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to us, including any duties or taxes.
- Mail back with any convenient mail service that offers tracking.
- You will be notified via email once your return has been received and processed.
Items can only be exchanged once.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on Hiro Clark. However, since computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are released to customers.
Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately.
Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.
If your order has been sent to a destination within the US or Canada, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the US and Canada, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Hiro Clark. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
Please note that refunds can take up to 10 to 14 business days upon receipt of the returned item(s) to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
