OPERATIONS MANAGER

We are looking for a reliable, extremely organized and self-motivated person to help manage our day to day operations.  This position is full time and in-office (East Hollywood).  Mon – Fri, 9 – 5.  And will require a car.

  • Responsible for maintaining accurate product information and inventory in Shopify
  • Maintains high level of organization at HCHQ
  • Keep supplies stocked weekly
  • Primary point of contact for HC Customer Service and our local partners (screen printer, dye house, etc)
  • Handle Returns & Exchanges / work with Customer Service
  • Manage PR and gifting requests
  • Ensure internal processes are solid, including looking for ways to improve efficiency
  • Lightly support the newly opened HC LA store as we look to figure out the role of the store and any staffing needs for that project
  • Work with Distribution on receiving shipments and product restocking
  • Manage scheduling and workflow for 2 in-office team members
